A question about your Internet or your intercom

If you live in a building served by Mon-WiFi, write to us directly. You do not need to go through your landlord or property manager.

Your connection sheet

When you moved in, you received a sheet with your network name and your personal password. Keep it: this information is unique to your unit and is what you use to connect each new device.

Building address
Your unit number

Lost your sheet? Write to us with the building address and your unit number and we will send it again.

Your network is yours alone

Your neighbours cannot reach your network, see your devices or interact with them. Every unit has its own isolated network with its own password. You can connect as many devices as you like.

Before writing to us

  • Restart the device that will not connect, then try again.
  • Check that you are using your own unit network and not a neighbour's.
  • If nothing works in the unit, check whether your neighbours have the same problem and tell us.
  • For the intercom, check that app notifications are enabled on your phone.

Frequently asked questions

  • Can I connect all my devices?

Yes, as many as you like, with no limit. Phones, televisions, consoles, smart devices, computers. If one of them refuses to connect, write to us.

  • Are there terms of use?

You browse the Internet freely. Your landlord accepted terms when the building network was installed; ask them for the details.

  • I have a device that needs a wired connection. Is that possible?

The agreement covers Wi-Fi only. That said, if your access point is wall-mounted, look underneath it: there may be network ports. If they are there, they already belong to your personal network and work right away. Otherwise, speak to your landlord, who will contact us about upgrading the installation.

  • My connection is slow or has stopped working. What should I do?

First check that you are connected to your own unit network and not a neighbour's. Then restart the device. If the problem persists, check whether an outage affects your area, then write to us. Every network is different, so we will run a diagnostic and advise your landlord on what to correct.

  • Is it secure?

We install recent, commercial-grade hardware with the latest security technology. Your passwords and connection data stay confidential at all times on the local network.

  • I am moving out. Do I need to do anything?

Nothing on your side. Just tell your landlord: we reset the unit remotely and the next occupant receives their own connection details.

What to tell us

  • The building address and unit number
  • What is not working, and since when
  • The type of device involved
  • A number where we can reach you during the day
