For general contractors

One subcontractor for network, intercom and cameras

We get involved at the drawing stage, not after the walls are closed. One number to call for all three systems, one schedule to coordinate, one invoice.

How we work together

1

At the drawings

We review your plans and mark where cabling should run, where outlets are needed and where the equipment enclosure goes. Free of charge, before any contract.

2

During construction

We coordinate with your electrician to pull cable while the walls are open. Your client avoids surface-mounted cabling at the end of the project.

3

At handover

Commissioning, testing and documentation handed to the owner. Your clients get a system that works on possession day.

4

After the warranty

We remain the owner point of contact. Your service calls for network or intercom problems stop there.

What it gives you

One subcontractor

Network, intercom and cameras coordinated together. Nobody points fingers when something does not work.

Cabling planned at the right time

Cable is pulled while the walls are open. The client avoids surface cabling and you avoid rework.

Stable pricing from project to project

Our packages are the same from one building to the next, which makes your estimates predictable at bid time.

A long-term relationship

We have worked with the same contractors for years. We know your methods and your schedules.
